Gota Kola

Nicknamed the Memory Herb, Gota Kola can improve both learning capacity and ability, when taken on a regular basis. It can be used in combination with Cayenne to improve blood circulation to the brain.

Gota Kola can also help to improve other brain related functions, including helping to slow the onset of brain fatigue, and increasing the ability to focus. It has even been used to treat or prevent depression and senility, because of it's ability to stimulate the brain.

When mixed with Ginseng and Cayenne, Gota Kola is also considered an effective attention and energy booster.

Gota Kola contains several B complex vitamins, which are often referred to as "anti-stress" vitamins. It also contains vitamin K, which is highly regarded for helping to reduce the affects of aging. These vitamins are, no doubt, part of what makes this herb an effective remedy for increasing vitality, memory, attention, and learning ability.

Gota Kola is also considered an excellent herbal remedy for helping to balance hormones and the nervous system, and it has been used for ages to provide menopause symptoms relief. It also helps to tone and strengthen the heart.

Some individuals also believe that taking the equivalent of two Gota Kola leaves per day can potentially help with weight loss and reduce cellulite build up. Large doses of Gota Kola can cause lightheadedness or dizziness and headaches. You also shouldn't take this herb for more than six continuous weeks without going at least two weeks without taking it.

Gota Kola also comes in different variations, each having slightly different capabilities.
